Can anyone kindly tell me in how many days sunflower’s bud get opened? or how many days sunflower take to move from reproductive stage R1 to R3?

The period differs according to many factors such as genotypes(variety) ,environmental conditions and season of planting(spring or autumn) but as range, bud takes between 5-10 days to be opened

I send you a cordial greeting. Actually the opening of the inflorescence of the sunflower, Depends on several factors such as: temperature of the place, fertilization and of the water regime. But in general I have worked with sunflower for 15 years, And in my experience for the inflorescence to pass from stage R1 to R3, Spend approximately under Mexican conditions 12 to 13 days, And to step R4, 18 days, which is the ideal stage for cutting when the sunflower is used as a flower.
