I have developed the mould and die ( i have attached the pics) to make coconut shell powder composite cups, the material used is a mixture of coconut shell powder (sieved) + acacia gum + glycerol (plasticizer) {75% + 25% + 10%} and other reinforcing material used are gaur gum, locust bean gum and epoxy + hardener but the problem is the material is sticking to the die and even when I am removing the mould the material breaks heating is making it get chared and breaking I have used the ghee and applied over the dish even this did not work? how to come out of this problem

Have you tried with polyvinyl acetate as the binder?

Just add a few grams in hot water and stir it. It will dissolve and then you can apply the solution on the Mold and allow it to dry. Then you start Molding.
Regarding the usage of CaCo3, you can start with 1 or 2% and then you may go to higher %.

1. Try polyvinyl alcohol as release agent.
2. You cup breaks, this may be due to composite shrinkage. Use some filler say calcium carbonate, silica to reduce shrinkage
