Lemon Tea has the additional advantage of vitamin C due to the addition of lemon juice. It is said to be good for the stomach and digestive system. It can help with fever because lemon and honey are found to be soothing in cold or flu. It relaxes mind and body and so reduces blood pressure and also acts as a blood purifier. Apparently, it has anti-ageing properties (because it’s so high in vitamin C) and can reduce blackheads, wrinkles and make skin glow. Lemon tea prepared with ginger reduces throat infections. Reports say that lemon tea relieves headaches and is a remedy for weakness, general debility and low vitality.

Lemon tea without sugar and also lemon juice without sugar (one may add little salt for taste) is indeed beneficial to health. You have listed a lot of benefits. I would like to remember at this stage a great physical-chemist and Nobel laureate Dr. Linus Pauling who has pointed out a large number of health benefits like fighting cough and cold with vitamin C which is abundant in lemon.
